I received a book that had issues and so I marked it accepted with problem. What happens next? I sent the sender a PM as well but have not heard back. All I want is my point back. Will Admin get back in touch with me?

I'm sorry you had a problem with a book you received. It will be up to you and the sender to work it out. Unfortunately R&R do not have the time to mediate between senders and receivers. Hopefully you won't have too much trouble getting your credit back.
