I didn't realize this was book two. I'm having the hardest time getting through it because nothing is making any sense. I am about a third of the way through. I think I'll return it to the library and get the first book. Ugh!
Take two- I got the first book Winter in Paradise, and read that. Then I went back and finished reading this one. You MUST read the first book first,or you will have no clue what's going on! And this one ended in a cliffhanger,also, so I'm guessing a third book is coming out!
It's the continuing story of two families both headed by one man-a man with a secret life.But things are closing in on everyone at the end of this book! See my review of Winter in Paradise.
