This book was helpful to my marriage as we men and women see things from such different perspectives. Part 1 deals with many of the obstacles men face in today's society. Part 2 sheds light into the difficulty men have in relationships and how to overcome some of those barriers. Overall this book was tremendously insightful and refreshing.
