This is an adorable book for children in elementary school. Say What? would be a great read aloud in 1st - 3rd grade, and could be an independent read for most 3rd graders. The story shows how kids can get along, even if they don't usually do so. Suki's personality is easy for most to relate to, as is Reese's. The characters are real and down to earth. It's a fun way for children to see why rules are needed, why parents are generally in charge, and why working together is always better! If you're reading this book, be prepared to laugh out loud!
