Actually, it shouldn't be discussed anywhere, R&R have prohibited the linking of other swapping sites, and in discussing them ultimately someone is going to link to one or more. This is from the PBS Commercial Use Policy which I found in the following HC page:

About the Specific Discussion Forums

  • "... Also, no links to other swapping sites may appear anywhere on PBS--not in Forum sigs, nor Forum posts, nor PBS Profiles."
