Ive only read the Jennifer Armintrout book from that list. It wasnt spectacluar pretty much a cut and dry cookie cutter vamp book to me. Ive read so many though that it takes a lot to get my attention anymore. It wasnt bad though I have the two other books from the series on my TBR so I liked it enough to want to read more from her.

I've read the Lara Adrian and Christina Dodd ones.  All good stuff.  Although I prefered Touch of Darkness over Scent of Darkness - I enjoyed the heroine more.  But I am definitely anxious for the rest of both series.  If you like Lara Adrian you may like JR Ward's Brotherhood series - although I prefer the heroines of Lara Adrian more.

Lara Adrian's are good.  Armintrouts are cookie cutter but an easy read.  Haven't read the Dodd books.  THey are still languishing on my tbr mountain.

I actually enjoyed the first Armintrout book...not that there weren't problems but I liked the whole blood tie thing...at least in my expereince, it was a fairly new concept...but the second book was horrible.  In fact I'm not even going to waste a point here getting the 3rd I've requested it from the library...if she doens't redeem herself in that book I won't read anymore.

I enjoyed all the the books you mentioned.   I don't think I've been as eager to read the second and third of the Armintrout books.   Sometimes if the author takes too long between books in a series I don't jump on reading the follow ups as quickly.   I have to re read the first book now since I've got the second and third just to refresh the storyline.

I really enjoyed both the Lara Adrian and Christina Dodd series and I think I had favorites to but liked the series as a whole.

I've read 3 of the books.  I have to agree I liked the first Blood Ties book, but not the second.  I'll give her one more chance and read the 3rd.  I don't care for Lara Adrian, to be it just a romance novel with a vampire, not my cup of tea....but I'm not a fan of Kenyon or Feehan either.

I've only read Jennifer Armintrout -- I thought the first and the third books were fun, but the second one had what I call "middle-book-itis."  You need it to keep up with the storyline, but it's sort of the awkward teenage years of that series.  I'll be continuing on with that series, since I'm guessing a fourth book is in the works.

I read both the Dodd books and preferred her first (Scent of Darkness).  For some reason the first book is really good and it sets the bar for the rest!  If the next doesn't fit expectations, it ruins the whole series.  I will read her next in series tho.

I read the Lara Adrian, and can't remember what they are about.  I put back on WL for HB/DJ.  Went to E-bay and got the paperback versions so I can refresh myself.  Will post on this site when I read them.  I just read so many that I can't remember what they are all about!!!

I prefer Christine Warren, Lora Leigh Breed Series, Kate Douglas, Angela Knight----------the list goes on.

Am now in the Kate Douglas Wolf Tales books.

I likes the most of the books on your list.  Not a big fan of Lara Adrian or of the Breed series either, again erotica with shapeshifters as the leading men.  I'm not a big fan of the books that market themseleves as paranormal when they are really just romance novels that have shapeshifters/vampire leads.
