Out of self out of mind
For the million bazillionth time
Back to the matter of dreams overshattered for now

You said it'd be better to wait
That time was all it'd take
Well that didn't help me at all
Better to let regrets fall
Cause look where we are now
This isn't helping at all
I'm a clown on a spring
Whatever everything

You say it'll only get better
But it doesn't get better fast enough ever
A day, a month, a season?
This is taking forever and my day

You said it'd be tough
But you have no friggin' clue
That this is decaying love
Circles and rings to run and jump thru
My brain wants to kill me
Whatever everything

This is just what I should get
Catch and release, don't commit
I'm all that I cracked up to be
And now I'm left with me

You said it'd be better this way
You couldn't care less what I say, so:

Princes and kings
With big diamond rings
Whatever everything
Loss is eternal
But pain is diurnal
Whatever everything
Whatever everything

I REALLY liked this!! I have been to that place SEVERAL times! As a matter-of-fact, I don't think that I ever left...
