If you've read "Inside My Heart" by Robin Mc Graw, you've already read the best parts of this book. (And that book is wonderful!) I just couldn't get into this one. She pretty much takes you minute by minute through her day as far as what she eats, which exercises she does and what questions she asks her docotors every year. And then she retells the occasional story from the first book. I was a little disappointed, especially because I only got this one because I loved her first one so much.
