An honest, funny account of the struggles of being single--not sugarcoated or simplistic--and positive strategies for getting the most out of this time in your life. I read this coming out of a bitter breakup and it was such a help and encouragement. Warning: she does not tell you "How to make everything better." There's no magic formula, but a lot of good sense and encouragement. Folger will NOT let you feel sorry for yourself!
This was a very good book. It was not what I thought it would be about but it was very inspiring and makes all the sense in the world!

The author said that this would not be like all the other books for Christian single women. I was very disappointed. It's sound biblically, but pretty much just like every other singles book out there. I'm not impressed. I recommend "Did I Kiss Marraige Goodbye?". This is the ULTIMATE handbook for single Christian women. Sorry, Janet, I just didn't think this was that worthwhile - and I'm supposed to feel sorry for you when you've had boyfriend after boyfriend and even been engaged? I don't think so!
