A novel romance for the 1872 setting. A young female wrangler/ranch hand and a young ranch owner find love. I enjoyed the fun banter between this couple. There is plenty of action with cattle rustling and bank robberies to make this more than just a romance. The spiritual message is consistent throughout the story and clearly presented.

This was my first book by this author, but it won't be my last. I'm more of a contemporary novel person, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this story set in 1872. Just enough mystery to keep you guessing with a bit of romance tucked in without being sappy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, a first for me by this author. Bobbie shows up for a job as a ranch hand but the rancher is expecting a man, not a young woman in jeans who can break a wild stallion and shoot better than all of his other hands. What follows is Bobbie's search for faith, the rancher's search for answers surrounding his parents' death and his missing cattle, and their search for love. I'm looking forward to the next in the series.
