Unique perspective on a tough subject. Written through the eyes of Burt, an 8-year-old, who throws 'conniption' fits, spells well, and makes friends with Rudyard, an empathetic counselor at the Children's Trust Center. Set back in the 50's or so, we read a story that'll make you smile, but with an ending that might disturb some.
Good story.
