I grew up in the area where the murders occurred, and my family was friends with the first victim's family. I also went to school with the second victim's Mother. The book is an accurate portrayal of the events of the murder, though I feel it could have been expanded to include more interviews with the family of the victims, as well as background information on Timothy Buss, the perpetrator. Though a very difficult subject, it is an easy read, and fairly well-written. If ever there was a case for life without parole, it is the case of Timothy Buss.
