First book I've read by Heather Lowell but I will definitely read more from her. This was an edge of your seat fast paced read. Short concise chapters pulled you in and wouldn't let go until the end. Great book!

I love DC settings, since I grew up there, so I might be biased. But this is a well-crafted murder mystery about a killer and the woman who stumbled onto his crime scene.

Thriller about a woman who witnesses a murder but suffers traumatic amnesia. As trite as that sounds, Lowell does a good job with the rest of the story, as she attempts to reclaim her memory and a pair of hunky detectives try to keep her alive long enough to catch the bad guy.
I had not read anything by this author before but really liked her so I want to read some more. It was a very good book

The book is very suspenseful as the killer spends the rest of the book stalking Claire while the handsome, sexy police detective tries to keep her safe.
