Three very well written stories, centering on the lives of adult siblings during World War 2, set mainly on the homefront in Indiana, as well as the frontlines in Europe. Family, faith, love, forgiveness and loss are touched upon. Reads like a regular novel, the stories flow so well together, and are wrapped up neatly at the end, with a big red Christmas bow. Even includes recipes at the end. One of the best novella collections I've ever read, this one definitely sparkles!
