I was looking forward to this book. Growing up in the 80's, I remember hearing a lot about satanists and the rituals being performed. It was quite creepy. Unfortunately, the book didn't really creep me out or even scare me a little. Not totally sure what the point of the whole book was. Maybe how telling a fib/story can ruin the lives of everyone around. Maybe I just didn't get it. Other than that, it was well written and the characters were great. The gray boy did give of an eerie vibe. Was hoping for more but it was just an okay read.
