Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups - granulated sugar
- 1/16 tsp - salt
- 2 - egg whites
- 2 Tbsp - white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup - water
- 1 tsp - vanilla
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Stir all ingredients together in medium pot, and place medium pot in large pot of boiling water. (Or you can use a double boiler.) Beat with electric mixer on medium speed about 7-10 minutes until peaks form and retain shape. Immediately spread icing on an already cooled cake.
