I just requseted a WL book that has the wrong cover image. I don't know what the cover is supposed to look like (I don't have the book yet  LOL) but the image shown is for a completely different book. (different name/author etc)

I clicked the edit book data link but there isn't a way to remove the image or to comment that it is wrong.

I know this isn't a big problem but it might be confusing for the next person who orders the book  :)

I may be incorrect about this, but I thought someone once said that one ISBN could have more than one cover image.  This is why, when you are posting a book, the rules say that the cover of the book in the system does not have to match the cover of the book you are holding.  If I'm wrong about this, someone please let me know!

Would it work to submit a new cover image for the book?  See if you can find the correct image and upload it and see if it gets replaced.

This isn't a case of a different version of the book cover being pictured, it's a case of the totally wrong book being pictured.  Title and author do not match the rest of the record.

Yep, if you can find a correct pic, you simply upload it by the ISBN and it overwrites the wrong one.

You are right April & Sarah, this is not a different version, it is a different book.

April click on upload book cover not edit book data. Although there is a spot for the book cover in edit book data, you cannot make a cover change there.

Thanks for your replys everyone. I can't find the cover anywhere online so I will scan & upload it when it arrives.  :)

I wonder why R&R haven't removed that upload-cover bit from the edit book data page, since all the volunteers have been told repeatedly never to use it?
