Hands down Jill Conner Browne! Her books are found in the Humor section in most bookstores. They are non-fiction and absolutely the funniest books I've ever read. |

I have so many fave authors of chick lit....Lets see, Marian Keyes, Jenny Colgan, Sophie Kinsella, lisa Jewell, Melissa Senate, Meg Cabot, Valerie Frankel, Wendy Holden, Whitney Lyles, and Melissa Nathan are just some of my faves. But I absolutely love Melissa Nathan's books. If you haven't read her, please do, you won't regret it. Edited to add: How can I forget Ariella Papa. Ad Hudler---who is a guy! But his first book, "Househusband" is a classic, and laugh-out-loud funny. Although this is a nvel, he is one in real life, and you can tell. He's great. The second one "Southern LIving," is as well, it's set in Macon, Georgia, and he does a terrific job with southern women! |

mine are Meg Cabot, Janet Evanovich, Nora Roberts, Debbie Macomber, Diane Mott Davidson, Joanne Fluke and Sarah Strohmeyer. Im not sure if you would consider them chick lit but they are my favs so i figured id put in my 2 cents lol |

Im not even exactly sure WHAT chic lit is!!! lol BUT, I agree with Kimberly... Nora Roberts, Janet Evanovich, Debbie Mcc...Iris Johansen I like too?!? I dont know!? |
