An all-time favorite story that all 7 of my siblings and I loved growing up:
An aunt is coming to visit from the big city, so this hardworking family pitches in to do all the chores and spruce up their country home. Mama Sue asks each of the other family members to put the pepper in the pot, and each one is at first too busy with their own chores. In the end, the whole family waits expectantly for their honored guest to take the first bite...
