I found some very helpful tips that I am currently trying to help with my chronic fatigue. It offers a "Copper overload" questionnaire that was also very helpful. It gives you a seven day menu plan as well as some recipes but I have not tried any of them yet. Book was well written and easy to understand. Not a lot of medical mumbo jumbo terms!
