This approach doesn't work for everyone, but it certainly helped our son. As an added bonus, the whole family began to eat healthier foods.

This book was interesting. I'm reserving true judgement until I get a chance to do some follow up reading. It's quite old. The research seems sound, but if so, there has to be more information that is recent. I generally believe that kids can be intolerant to certain foods and that identifying and removing those foods can help with behavior. I'm just not sold that all of the foods he mentioned are culprits in my own son's case. I am, however, becoming very aware of additves and preservatives and looking to eliminate or greatly reduce them.
