I'm trying to print out 2 wrappers to mail. I can't get it to print using the regular option so I tried the backup option. One PBS estimates is less to send by First class mail, which is fine, but the page that comes up to print has the first class cost and "media mail" on the wrapper.  The one that is over a pound has no price and "first class mail"  ARGH!  I guess I'll just scratch it out and write the right thing on there, but wondered if there's a way to fix this issue easily?

I suggest sending Feedback to the team on this.  Do you know where the feedback links are?

Today was the first time I saw first class printed on my wrapper. I only started printing my wrappers a week ago, since we got ink for the printer.

Thanks. I didn't know where the feed back links were, but looked around and found them. Hopefully they can figure it out. Am I the only one whose had this problem?

Check that the estimated weight of the book is about correct. This may be part of the problem. The program is estimating the weight of the books and adjusting the postage accordingly. While testing these new features I have found the book weights to be very close, but sometimes they could be off, thus affecting Media Mail vs. First Class designation on the wrapper.

The more information they have on any problems the easier it will be for them to fix the problem!

I'm having a heck of a time on the book I want to send out. It keeps insisting on sending it first class for 2.15. Which would be fine if I was going to the post office. I'm not, however, and have stamps for 2.13 exactly. I've tried adjusting the weight up and the page reflects it but the pdf print file is still saying first class.

You may need to clear the cookies, and any temporary files on your machine, then try printing a new label. I am sure it is just going to the old .pdf file from your original attempt to print the wrapper.

Or, you can put a label over the First Class that says Media Mail, and put on your $2.13 in stamps.

Ok sorry about the confusion. This problem should now be fixed.
