Anything from Wilton is great when it comes to sweets! I like this book because of the board variety of desserts not only in number but also degress of difficulty. All the recipes are very clear and could be prepared in any kitchen. It makes you want to try some of the more elaborate ones for special occasions or just to surprise your friends and family!
