The love affair between Conar and Liza is wonderfully romantic until Kaliel Tohre and the perversions of the Brotherhood of the Domination get their hooks into him. What they do to Conar and hence cause him to do to Liza are hideous and shameful. I cried my eyes out reading what they did to that wonderful, honorable prince.

I don't contenance rape be it male or female and this book went over the line. It goes beyond tasteless and reprehensible. I really liked Conar and just don't have the heart to read about his further torture and degradation. I'm done with this series and this author.
