I have made about half of the recipes in this book,so far, and have found every single one of them to be delicious! If you have a pile of cookbooks (as I do) with a few recipes marked in each that you like (as I do), this does not belong in that pile. You can use this every night of the week as the recipes are so quick and simple. OK. One or two have been a teensy bit involved but you make those on the weekend! All in all this is fast, easy, healthy food with a high-end feel, like you'd get in a nice restaurant. Except that you made it and you know what's in it- all good things.
