This is an excellent series by Bonnie Leon. The books follow the adventures of Kate Evans, a bush pilot in the wilds of Alaska. In this book, a near mishap causes Kate to lose her confidence and she decides to stop flying altogether. However, this may not be the right course for her to take. Highly recommended!
