I'm actually working on my second copy of this book because I pretty much destroyed the first one with all of my highlighting, underlining, crossing out, and writing in. I pick up this book whenever I feel like I haven't accomplished anything in my life, or whenever I feel like I have nothing else to look forward to it in life, and it always makes me feel better. It gives me ideas for things that I want to do, and it helps me relive fun memories of things that I've done.
I really like the book, but it is a personal book that you check off things either you want to do or that you have done. Some of the items are repetitious.
