How do you know where you are in line, for your wish list book? Is there a way to know?

Yes there is. If you go to your wish list & hover your curser over the grey exclamation point by each title, your place in line will pop up.  :)

And don't let a long line worry you, particularly with bestsellers. They're posted quite often and you'll find yourself moving up the line quite quickly!

And after you have been on PBS for a while, you will have so many books to read you can afford to wait for that long WL line! ;)
