Ok this book has been on my wishlist since the day I started adding books to it.  I began at #9 of 9. then a month or so went by and I got to #8 and there I have sat.  No biggy it's an out of print book so I knew it would take sometime to get around to me, if ever.  But I had hope because the line has steadly grown behind me now 18 of us waiting.  So color me surprised when a month or so ago I leapt to #6 of 16, wheee! 

Today, just because I was killing time while cooking dinner, I checked my wishlist, still #6 of 16, I decided to click on the title to see if maybe since the chanage over I can see more info, or reviews or something.  Yep there were reviews, and then I noticed it says 14 members wishing.  I click back to my list and now it reads I am #5 of 16, but still says 16 folks are on the wishlist, so how come the description says 14?

any ideas?

I've noticed that too--the number of members listed as wishing in the book description is often off by a couple to a few when you compare it to what it says on the ! on your WL. I've no idea why the discrepancy occurs...maybe a question for R&R or some other knowledgable person.

Whew! I thought it was just me and thought I was going crazy!

PURE guess/speculation, but possibly one place does not take into account the members with accounts on vacation-hold??????
