Great book, especially if you are not sure why you are the way you are. This explains a lot and is easy to read.

I got this book for my daughter.
She needed it for a college course she is currently taking.
She states the book was very informative. She says the book helped her to understand her own learning diablity (regarding mathematics) and help her to understand other types of disabilities.
Her goal is to work with disabled individuals within the field of social work.

Very helpful for any woman with ADD

This book covers aspects of life with ADD that are more specific to women like housework, managing a family's schedule, and especially, dealing with expectations of what women should be like and what women should be able to do without effort. I didn't find it personally helpful, but I am sure that some women will really be able to relate to it.
