This is a very easy cake!    Dump and mix into a  ungreased  9 x 9 cake pan!

As you measure the dry ingredients dump into ungreased pan

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup sugar

3 Tablespoon Cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

Mix with fork   then make holes

pour into the holes:

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Tablespoon vinegar

1 cup cold water

mix together with fork   -     Bake at 325°    35 minutes.   Easy!
