This a great book by Thich Nhat Hanh. While I'm a fan of Thich Nhat Hanh, I do believe he has written 15 books yet published 55 as many of his books contain passages and whole chapters from other books of his. So, while he may be plagiarizing himself just slightly in this book, there seems to be enough sufficiently new material to make it a worthwhile read. By that, I mean it is a really good book. If your a Thich Nhat Hanh fan, this is a very good read.
