If you're looking for hard physics there is very little here, either a plus or a minus depending on one's familiarity with the subject; but I really enjoyed the author's portrayal of Godel, Einstein, and their relationship as friends and colleagues. Godel is a character who has intrigued me ever since I first read Douglas Hofstadter's book "Godel, Escher, Bach", so I enjoyed learning a little more about this brilliant, troubled man.

The book gives less room than I might have liked to Godel's actual argument against the existence of time, with a little more room to the metaphysical and philosophical implications of his argument, and much more room to the friendship and the characters themselves.

Ultimately I was satisfied with the book, though it did leave me wishing for more depth in the hard science.
