This is technically not a book. It includes two audio CDs and cards with the poses on them (kind of similar to fitdeck or Rodney's Yoga Deck). There are three audio practices and the cards are arranged based on those practices so you can do the practices with or without the audio CDs. This is not for people new to yoga because you won't get a lot of form pointers and also you can't actually see the poses being executed. Its hard to learn correct form for a pose just from a picture and discription. I personally like Baron's dvd practices better but the cards are useful when I'm in the mood to create my own workout.
