With as little as ten minutes a day you can plan a meaningful YOGA program to fit your individual needs and abilities. Yoga gives you the ability to ease stiffness and tension and shows you how to get rid of insomnia and how to relax. It can improve circulation and increase energy as well as tone and firm your muscles to strengthen your body and give you better coordination. This book is full of pictures showing the different yoga postures with techniques. I found it to be a very helpful and easy book to use.
