Zesty Garlic Steak Casserole

2 tablespoons white flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper, divided
2 tablespoon canola oil
¾ pound round steak, cut into ¼ - inch strips
1 package (16 ounce) Birds Eye Pasta Secrets Italian Pesto
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 cup sour cream
1 can (4 ½ ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 can (2 ¼ ounces) sliced black olives
In shallow dish stir together flour, salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Dredge steak in flour mixture, shaking off excess flour. In a
medium frying pan, heat oil, brown steak on medium low heat. Add
Pasta Secrets; cover and cook 7 to 9 minutes. Put steak and
pasta in a greased casserole dish. In a medium mixing bowl, stir
together tomatoes, seasoning, pepper and parsley. Stir in sour
cream, mushrooms and olives; pour over steak strips. Bake in a
preheated 375ºF oven 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional
15 minutes.
