Initially hesitant to read this book, I was hooked after the first page and finished it in a weekend. Extremely important subject matter which needs to have a light exposing it like Somaly has done here. I was in denial about the reality of the problem until several cases came up in our county, some involving children as young as three. Heartbreaking; pass the book along to anyone who might be touched and able to help.

Do not put this on for a long distance trip; the cadence of the reading and basically flat character anecdotes could lull one to sleep.
