Deep, deep book, nothing is held back as far as details. Explicit book which delves into marriage, divorce, children of divorce and the issues one can encounter when dating after marriage. Children are very astute and should not be taken for granted or under estimated in their interpretation of situations in the family. This book was very well written and I'm glad I read it. Highly recommended.

If one likes the history of golf along with mystery, this is an enjoyable read. I found myself not wanting to put the book down until I had finished the story.

By reading the book I gained an insight on what living conditions during Rome's tyranny may have been. The struggles of rebellion, tribal pride, and honor are accounted in cryptic detail. It was an interesting read.

This book was very hard to put down. It was sad but very insightful. It makes you think about family, pride, love and commitment. Definitely a book worth reading. I highly recommend it.

Loved this book. Money is not nearly as important as love, frienship and family.

It's almost Valentine's Day folks. This book has so many ideas for romance there are no excuses. There are food ideas and just plain fun ideas. Also some slightly naughty ideas but no matter what you can find something to spice up your valentine's day with. Go for it and have some romance.

I really thought this book was a looking glass and different perspective of high school days and how we see ourselves. If you've ever felt inadequate and like a nerdy unpopular kid in school this book will make you re-think the whole ugly idea. We can be more and be happy if we let ourselves. I think Elizabeth Berg gets it right and does another amazing job in this book. A great read!!!

Excellent book that is written very similar to the Narnia books. The genre is Sci-Fi, early Civilization. I would not classify this as an easy read but well worth the effort if you're interested in this kind of book. Book 1 of 2.

Room starts out slowly and from a 5 year old perspective making it a slow start for me. As the book progresses it takes form and you are in the middle of an unforgettable book which leaves you different than from the you before the book. A profound book that I will never forget and perspective of the world much different than before. I applaud Emma Donoghue on her incredible talent and ability to write such an amazing book.

Heartbreaking true story of courage and an extraordinary escape after 20 years of cruel incarceration and deprivation. What shines in this novel is a family that survives through their love, faith and strength for one another. Three women and six children are punished and encarcerated through no fault oft their own. A book worth reading for the human spirit element as well as the historical issues and life of the small country of Morocco.

An unusual beautifully written book, so stunning it can break your heart. The setting is a small town in Germany during World War 1. This book follows the lives of the towns people and the impact of the war on them. A must read, one of my favorite books of all time.

I absolutely loved this book. It pulls you in and you feel you are truly part of the Sawtelle family. Very well written, it is a story I will never forget. If you love animals and wonder at how much they understand this book clarifies what all of us animal lovers already know. I didn't like the ending but that's the way it goes. I look forward to more books by David Wroblewski.

This was a great book, it kept me going with enough twists and turns. The ending wasn't that great but the plot and story line were great. Well worth reading!!

A beautifully written book that centers around the friendship of two black girls and spans 40 years. It describes their changing relationship and the world they live in. A book that billiantly evokes not only a bond between two lives but the harsh, loveless, ultimately mad world in which that bond is destroyed.
Well worth reading.

This is the first book I've read by Lawana Blackwell but it definitely will not be my last. This book covers all of the human emotions one can have from a child to a young adult. I was intrigued by the plot twists and the way the author drew you in to the story. I felt like I lived through "Carley Reed's" life with her. I could not put this book down and read it all in one day.
I am a fan of this author and will be looking for more books written by her. If you like fiction with interesting twists and turns, then give this author a try. I'm sure glad I did.
