I f-ing love this book. I'm not into long reviews so let me say in a couple of sentences how bad ass this book is. If it was a movie(it would make a great movie)it would be directed by Quentin Tarantino, if Bob had grown up in Portland instead of New York we would be calling him Chuck Palahniuk. It is sick and twisted and laugh out loud funny, and none of the vampires sparkle.

I'm an avid collector of Post-Apocalyptic fiction, and as is says right in the title this book takes place during the Apocalypse, so it was not quite up my alley, but I enthusiastically dived right in. Greg Blecha has written a funny, twisted and thought provoking novel that kept you guessing, and thinking. I laughed out loud for the first time after only the first couple of pages.
The book is wild ride that takes the main character from one side of the country to the other, barely getting back on his feet before he is swept up again. The entire book is populated with interesting and quirky characters and thought provoking ideas.
This isn't a large book, it was a quick read, but I found it very enjoyable and well worth the time. I would recommend this book to anyone, not just those I know who read Apocalyptic stuff.
