Really great book. Not a quick fix or a rapid weight loss plan- but, so much better! It will help you to change your whole mind set about diets and body image.

Very interesting and written in a very direct manner. Makes it clear that anyone can easily contact their angels, and that it is something worth trying. He does ramble on a little bit. I think the Sylvia Browne book is more helpful as a "how to" guide.

This book is the updated version of the book she wrote in 1987. A very religious way of thinking about dieting and body image. She references the bible in almost every paragraph. I actually liked the first edition much better.

Excellent book and a nice 30 day plan to start getting in touch with eating mindfully.
