I really enjoyed this book. A lot of raw emotion that the characters even have a hard time coming to grips with.

Very funny book about a short season year in the minors. If you are a baseball fan, you will probably like this book. Almost kept as one of my keepers but have decided I need to share with others so I will be posting it after co-workers are done reading it.

One of my favorite books. Gives a very realistic history of how how tough frontier life was and the people that settled in western Nebraska. Highly recommend this book to anyone.

The Queen of the Ring: Sex, Muscles, Diamonds, and the Making of an American Legend
Review Date: 5/19/2010

I really enjoyed this book about the Women's Wrestling Champion starting in the 1930s and into the 1950s. This is a subject that I really knew nothing about prior to this book but now see it as a fascinating part of American history. The amount of research and investigation done for this book is astounding but even so, it is still a very easy read. Highly recommend this book.
