Help Center - Is there a record of my PBS emails on the site?

Search Terms:

Yes.  Your Club Communications file contains all emails, Daily Digests, Daily Wish Lists, feedback messages, Newsletters, etc. that have been sent between you and PBS in the last 45 days.

Why use it?

  • If you delete a PBS email from your inbox, there is a copy stored for you!

    • This is particularly helpful in the case of the Daily Digest and Daily Wish List, which are not linked from the PBS site.
  • This is a great place to look if you are having problems receiving emails from us.
    • If you find items in your Club Communications file which you never received in your email inbox, you may need to adjust your spam filters
    • If you are having PBS email treated as "spam", add librarian@PaperBackSwap.com to your list of accepted senders. If this does not work, you should contact your email provider to find out why your PBS emails aren't getting through.
  • This is also where the Newsletter Archive is kept.
    • You can Review Newsletters you missed, or if you don't subscribe and want to read a Newsletter item you have heard about
    • You can subscribe to the Newsletter in your Account Settings

Where it is:

  • To get there from within My Account: click the My Account tab, then click the link "Club Communications" in the yellow bar at the top of the My Account page.

  • To get there from anywhere on the site: click My Account in the toolbar at the top of the site, and click Club Communications in the yellow bar at the top of the My Account page (default view).

How to use it?

  • To read any communication, click its title in the list
    • Links in the copies in Club Communications often appear as URLs
    • If you want to use a link from an email copy, just copy-paste the URL into your browser address field to be taken to the linked page
  • To read any Newsletter, click the link Newsletter Archives at the top of the Club Communications page, and then click the month (under the year) to read that issue.
