Navy Seal Jax Graham has taken leave from the Navy to try to build a relationship with the 4-year old son he hardly knows. Family therapist Pickett Sessoms sees that things aren't working for the father and son, so she tries to help. Within 24 hours, Jax and his son, Tyler, have moved into Pickett's house to ride out a hurricane.
This book dragged for me. I felt like I spent too much time in the hero and heroine's heads. I'd rather have more snappy dialogue and maybe some action scenes like near the end of the book. My rating is 3 Stars.
