Jacy Forrester had pulled her sister Jeanette out of scrapes before but this was the worst. Her flighty twin had temporarily flown the coop, leaving Jacey to fulfill her contract as a mail order bride - or face jail for fraud. Masquerading as Jeanette, Jacey intended to stall the wedding until the real bride showed up never anticipating her purely femine reaction toward her intended, rugged Texas lawman Logan Stryker. The plan had been simple, get hitched to a city gal, then send her packing back east. That should have been enough to appease the towns jealous husbands and hld on to his badge. Then his bride stepped off the train, and the sight of her made Logan change his mind. But keeping Jeanette at his side would take more than a marriage agreement ..it meant claiming her heart.
