Suspicious Identity (Lily Adventures, Bk 2)

"Personal and confidential"

That was the marking on the envelope Lily Masterson found while going through her father's old desk, scrawled in his large handwriting. What could it be?

The answer will change Lily's life more than she can imagine.

As she pursues the mystery of the envelope and its contents, sixteen-year-old Lily stumbles across more questions. While selling the family jewelry to support herself and her six-year-old sister, Violet, for instance, Lily begins to wonder if the town jeweler might be connected with the mysterious death of her father. And why does Wilbur Whitaker, the young, attractive man who took an earlier interest in her, show up again? Can she trust him after all? And did the jewelry Lily discovered really belong to her, or was it part of a trap set by someone wanting to accuse her of theft?

Follow Lily on another adventure, as she not only gets to the bottom of the mystery, but makes new discoveries about her own strength, determination, and faith.

The Lily Adventures takes place at the turn of the century in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, where Lois Gladys Leppard's father was born, and where her grandfather was a landowner and a blacksmith.
