Gideon and Lupe's story. Gideon First has found the woman he loves, wants to marry and spend the rest of his life with. But wedded bliss may not be his after an ex-girlfriend charges that the child she secretly gave birth to is Gideon's.

Of course the news that her husband-to-be has fathered a child out of wedlock stuns Lupe Amorado. But what really shocks her is that Gideon considers putting his adorable little daughter up for adoption. He has his reasons, but Lupe's not sure she even wants to hear them.
