This book was dragging in the beginning. What I noticed about the author is she likes to bring in a series of characters and storylines and in the beginning you don't know how they all tie in together but she makes it work. She weaves and lays on layers and layers of storylines that by the time I got halfway through the book, I felt like a train moving uphill, I finally came to the pivotal point to uncover what really is happening. It was not what I expected and I won't spoil it for those who haven't read it. The mysteriousness of the whole story leaves you trying to recall the details of the earlier event. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Melissa Hill sure knows how to leave a storyline all cleanly tied up!
