This is another new author for me. Let me tell you this, I am now a fan of her work! The author tells a story of loss, sorrow and hope. I needed lots of tissues through this book as it made me cry through alot of the story. It was as if I was Brandy and I could really see things through her eyes, feel things with her heart . I made a new friend in Brandy (as well as the other amazing characters) and I didn't want the book to end! I literally read this book in one day, with it's page turning events. The story is a roller coaster of emotion and a heart capturer. Would I recommend this book to someone else looking for a magnificent Christian novel? Most definitely without a doubt. Reading Genoa Bay is an experience that I won't soon forget! I have no other option than to rate this in an honest way...so, that being said, Genoa Bay gets a hands down 5 star review from this book lover!
