This hard-back cook book was put together by the Reading Symphony Orchestra of Reading, PA. It is one of the nicer 'fund-raiser' cookbooks I've seen.
There is a section in the front titled "Legends, Lore and Culinary Traditions of PA, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH and MD" that's very interesting. The recipes seem to be from this area as well.
The recipes are well written and easy to read. Some of the main dish recipes even include a wine recommendation.
