I absolutely hated this book. Lucia was annoyying as hell. She was worst that Pamela in the first Denver Westmoreland book. Lucia kept saying how she knew Derringer because she grew up with the WEstmoreland but she wanted to be mad because he wented of with his ex on a business meeting? Like seriously? That whole charity ball scene was a joke. She kept sayign she knew this and she wanted that. I honestly believe that Derringer deserved better!!!
